Our client is a MNC company in the Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a MEP Technical Assistant Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East- easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Translate HOD policies and strategic directions into actionable execution plans.
Oversee the implementation of these plans and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
Collaborate across departments to anticipate and resolve construction-phase challenges early, conducting thorough risk assessments.
Lead the introduction and application of advanced construction methods, foster productivity improvements, support site operations, and implement root-cause analyses with preventive measures for recurring issues.
Encourage construction front-loading by integrating productivity optimization methods into design documentation.
Champion the adoption of innovative technologies for productivity enhancement across projects.
Mentor and guide partner companies to strengthen technical competencies and align them with the company's operational philosophy.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil/ Structural/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years M&E experience
