A leading luxury brand client is looking for an experienced Merchandising Director to join its regional hub in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Develop and drive end-to-end merchandising strategies across the region, achieving the business goals and global product visions

Lead the merchandising team to achieving accurate and on-strategy showroom buying, oversee inventory levels and deliveries to maintain optimal target stock level, drive robust and proactive stocks management to overachieving sales and sell-through targets

Deliver strategic business and merchandising analytical insights and present performance dashboard and reports to global and regional leadership teams

Initiate or partner with various departments including Retail, Marketing, VM, CRM for pre-season, in-season, and post-season merchandising/buying management

Key requirements

15+ years of merchandising/buying experiences in varied product categories, across leathergoods, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories

High sensitivity to fashion trends and luxury consumers behaviours, deep passion in luxury, excellent commercial acumen
