Drive Merchandising Strategies * Analyse information on business environment and merchandising landscape * Provide inputs to formulate merchandising strategies Drive Category Management and Pr Drive Merchandising Strategies Analyse information on business environment and merchandising landscape Provide inputs to formulate merchandising strategies Drive Category Management and Product Assortments Analyse product sales, stock turnover rate and inventory level for replenishment planning Manage detailed forecasts by SKU based on family/category level consensus forecast and replenishment plans to maximize sales and optimize inventory with excellent fulfilment to customers Implement product category's house brand's product range and assortment plans, pricing and promotional plans Track and evaluate profit margin and pricing on each SKU Internal and External Relationship Management Maintain good business partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors. Provide feedback on effectiveness of partnership with relevant business partners (external vendor, Internal Disctrubtion Centre, Novela Marketing department) Organise relevant information to contribute to negotiation efforts with vendors Drive Product Sourcing Analyse information on target segment Consolidate information to forecast merchandise demand Contribute to merchandise and material sourcing Requirements At least a Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline or 3 years of equivalent work experience FMCG / Retail industry / Travel retail experience preferable Able to work across multiple brands Hands-on experience in LS POS and/ or ERP system (Business Central) would be an advantage High degree of comfort with numbers and analyzing data
