Your new company
My client is a world-renowned athletic shoes brand with a focus on contemporary design through the combination of fashion and sports. With their constant innovation and expansion, they are looking for a Senior Retail Merchandising Executive to join the team!

Your new role

• Monitor and executing on the product assortment planning, allocation and also consolidation for the stores
• Ensure that the retail and e-commerce channels are aligned during any launch or markdown of merchandise
• To do assortment planning and seasonal buy based on historical analysis
• In charge of the preparation of stores replenishment and ensuring optimum stocks capacity
• Do weekly reports to share with the retail, marketing and product team
• To keep track of aging inventories and prepare a monthly report for aged stocks planning
• Coordination with the sales and visual merchandising team for any launch plans
• Planning for sales merchandise for markdown and ensure they are able to meet the revenue targets for the stores
• Involved in all stores' stock take and highlight any discrepancies to the store managers' within the same day
• Preparation of stock-take summary report
• Working closely with the retail and logistics team for stocks planning to ensure stores are set-up efficiently

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in Retail Management is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a fashion retail environment
• Proficient in MS Excel skills
• Strong in analytical skills and good command in English
