Prepare packing list, airfreight and sea freight documents Customer Service Role (online and offline stores) . To deal promptly and professionally with customer enquiries . Resolve customer issues fairly while maintaining a positive image of the company Requirement: . Candidate must possess at least a diploma in relevant fields . Minimum 3 Years of relevant working experience . IT savvy with proficiency in Excel Pivot table and V-lookup, experienced in Shopify is a plus. . Responsible, and meticulous with a pleasant personality . Loves fashion, sense of adventure, and a strong team player
