- Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform merchandising strategies.
- Weekly replenishment for the Johor Bahru Premium Outlet Store and attend to client requests weekly.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and assisting with replenishment.
- Tracking of Merchandising samples and managing loan forms.
- Help prepare weekly reports and presentations for team meetings.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A creative mindset with an interest in retail trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
