Job Description


A luxury fashion house is looking for an experienced Regional Merchandising Manager (head of) to join its Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead the merchandising team to bring the global merchandising/product strategies alive to the SEA markets, including planning Open-To-Buy (OTB) budgets
  • Market Adaptation: Customise strategies to match the unique dynamics of each SEA market
  • Collaboration & Oversight: Work closely with global merchandising, local in-country teams o monitor OTB applications and proactively address potential issues affecting delivery, pricing, and quality assurance.
  • Market Analysis & Growth: Conduct regular market visits, analyse data, and evaluate product category opportunities, growth areas
  • Communication & Training: Maintain communication with retail and other functional teams on product sales performance. Present seasonal collections and provide product training.
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of fashion merchandising experiences, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, team spirit
  • Strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset; pushing boundaries, and owning accountabilities
  • Strong/advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge with analytical tools
  • Fit for regular work trips
Remuneration
  • Between S$90,0000 and S$150,0000 annual fixed base, and variable bonus potential
