Job Description

Christian Bassett is recruiting a Visual Merchandising Manager for a European luxury fashion company.

• Visual Merchandising Manager will be a key member of the central Visual Merchandising team based in Singapore.

• This important role will be a great asset in collaborating in the creation of local and central guidelines in Women\xe2\x80\x99s and Men\xe2\x80\x99s product categories and to check that all high visual standards are followed and guaranteed towards the different Areas and countries of South Asia.

• Key role also in co-operation within store Visuals, Retail team, retail training and

• Merchandising team head office and the respective teams in each Countries.

• The role is responsible for supporting the smooth running of VM projects such as VM Stores set- up, pop-in installations, special projects, according to the central team guidelines and the local business Needs.

• Work closely with the Senior VM Manager during the making of main VM installations, windows and VM Trainings.

• Give directions to in store Visuals and check constantly that VM guidelines and principles are well executed in stores and outdoor Locations.

• Extremely detailed-oriented to keep Brand\xe2\x80\x99s excellence standards.

• Possess of High aesthetic sensibility.

• Strong Team player and fast learner, with experience in managing Teams.

• Constantly seek inspiration through research both within the history of the brand and new fashion trends. Be aware of customer interests, considering different generations, demographics, and local cultures.

• Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business in line also with company growth.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Partner with the Merchandising, Architecture, Communication and Display teams to encourage synergy, consistency, and efficiency on projects.

• Required at least 5/6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in VM Luxury retail market.

• Use of: Microsoft Office package, Word, PPTX, PDF, EXCEL files.

• Use of: Adobe Creative Suite package: In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D software. Great Photo Skills.
