Job Description

Core responsibility is to gather, analyze and validate data, prepare and maintain relevant reports, incorporate current and accurate market trends, and provide the company with the appropriate information to correctly predict and meet customer demands.A Interact with Sales and Marketing to understand demand forecast drivers.A Review Marketing plans and programs and consider them in modifying the base forecast.A Facilitate a collaborative planning process with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.A Monitor the supply of products to stay within the established inventory levels while achieving the fill rate and service level target.A Prepare the weekly Inventory Position Report (IPR) as guide in expediting or delaying deliveries of products.A Conduct meetings with Production Department on schedules and production priorities.A Conduct meetings with Distribution Department on schedules of shipments.A Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain (Production Planning and Distribution) to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.A Ensure that the supply of products are within the cost and delivery timetables.Qualifications: A Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Statistic, Mathematics, Engineering or related fieldsA At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Retail Industry specializing inventory, forecasting, planning and schedulingA Knowledge of forecasting processes in sales, marketing, operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issuesA Forecasting skills and the ability to determine sales trends in the market.A Confident System knowledge and proficient user of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.A Good communication and team building skillsA Strong analytical abilities and detail orientedA Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environmentA Willing to report in Sucat, ParaaaqueJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per monthSchedule:
