We are looking for a Merchandising and Campaign Specialist who will be a core member within the Cart Commercial Team and will work closely with the Dairy Farm Teams and Merchandising Manager to maximi We are looking for a Merchandising and Campaign Specialist who will be a core member within the Cart Commercial Team and will work closely with the Dairy Farm Teams and Merchandising Manager to maximize conversions through commercial planning, coordination, and execution. This role will be responsible for certain banners and categories to drive growth through campaigns by working with and influencing Dairy Farm national category buyers on campaign participation and execution. Roles & Responsibilities Campaigns Engage with national category buyers and marketing team to launch campaigns and new category initiatives to drive conversion and customer satisfaction. Manage and oversee the execution of campaigns from start to finish Work with on-site team on creation of campaign visual assets and campaign layouts to optimize conversion. Monitor and share the performance of campaigns (pre and post campaign) Identify and implement key learnings for future campaigns Merchandising Design and implement a digital first strategy for assigned categories and business priorities Monitor market/customer trends to identify key requirements for assigned categories Drive forecasting for campaigns and key products Track and analyze performance of categories to drive insights for improvement Perform check to ensure product and promotion are reflected accurately on-site Others Support end-to-end testing for new commercial enhancements on both frontend and backend interface and functions Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and performance driven. Well organized, hands on and details oriented. Flexible and adaptable to business and market changes to make timely decision for best business out-come Very strong familiarity with SG local retail market and competitor pulse Analytical and able to leverage data to make decisions, pre/ during/ post campaign E-commerce experience is not a must, though ideal, but should have a passion and strong interest in the e-commerce field Working knowledge of written and spoken mandarin is ideal due to communication with China Product/Tech Team. Comfortable working in fast-faced, agile, collaborative, and competitive team environment Comfortable working cross cultures (local SG, mainland Chinese, MNC's in SG) Able to work independently and manage stakeholders Professional University degree with at least 4-5 years of ecommerce/grocery/retail experience and preferably with experience in account management, business development, marketing, or communication.
