Administer the Company's inhouse POS system (BenPOS) in creating items and purchase orders (PO) Work closely with Store and Warehouse to manage and coordinate stocks allocation to ensure timely delivery of stocks to stores including transfers to office HQ Verify with Finance on cost of goods to ensure data integrity in reporting Ensure stock holding is maintained at the optimal level to support sales Responsible for stock adjustments which includes filing for claim and follow ups Monitor Packaging, coordinate order placement of carrier bags and stationery for Stores Uploading of approval retail price in the Product Pricing Code Responsible for the generation of scheduled and ad-hoc reports Assist in Stock Take / External Sale events and stock returns Assist in Store set-up and /or any opening of promotion event Print price tickets and barcodes for Stores Maintain Return-to-Vendor when necessary Follow up on Store requests / enquiries Work Arrangement: 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm Office located along Jalan Bukit Merah, Pacific Tech Centre The successful candidate will have a proven track record with demonstrated skill in the following areas: Well organized and structured thought process Knowledge in shipping documentation and processes Strong coordination skills and working with mutiple parties Proficient Microsoft Excel skill and comfortable with systems Able to multitasks and work under pressure
