MERN Stack Cloud Solution Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MERN Full Stack Solution Architect with over a decade of expertise in designing, architecting, and deploying scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on skills in the MERN stack, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and DevOps practices, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into cost-effective, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end, full-stack solutions for FinTech, Healthcare, and Telco domains. Define integration patterns, system designs, and deployment strategies ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Design microservices-based architectures leveraging Node.js, React.js, and GraphQL. Lead cloud-native implementations using AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC) and GCP (App Engine, BigQuery). Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins to ensure continuous delivery. Optimize cost, performance, and reliability across cloud environments. Guide engineering teams on best practices in full-stack development, system design, and DevOps. Mentor developers in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native to improve engineering maturity. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating technical decisions into business outcomes. Oversee the full SDLC from POC to production deployment. Ensure data-driven decision-making by integrating analytics tools such as Segment.io, Amplitude, and Google Analytics. Champion user experience by designing high-performance, responsive web and mobile applications.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in solution architecture / technical leadership. Deep expertise in MERN stack . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and DevOps pipelines. Strong knowledge of databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Firebase, Google BigQuery. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Dart, SQL, HTML, CSS. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand). Knowledge of microservices, API design, and containerization (Docker). Exposure to Strapi CMS, Flask, and GraphQL. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex solutions on time.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience architecting FinTech, Healthcare, and Telco solutions. Prior technical founder / startup experience with end-to-end ownership. Strong background in mentoring and training developers. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
