Job Description

As a Mgr, Brand & Marketing for commercialisation initiatives to facilitate and build a robust repository of digital communications content, product user guides, materials, training tool kits, and a variety of digital product fact sheets for multiple cross-function teams in a digital corporate banking ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing and coordinating content communication briefs from various digital product platform owners.

Core tasks also involve, but not limited to, prioritizing projects based on time-sensitive requests, managing comprehensive, multi-layered project timelines, project coordination with internal teams and external agency partners with an efficient and timely delivery of marketing communication deliverables sent to relevant teams for regular distribution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business management
  • 5+ years working experience in project management, digital campaigns activation, client services or product development environment with a working knowledge of digital adoption / digital transformation product lifecycle in a marketing communication capacity.
  • Experience in managing projects end-to-end from conception, development, launch and post campaign, with a broad understanding of Project Management Principles (i.e. risk, resource, budget management, legal and compliance regulations etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other project management tools would be preferred (ie. Smartsheets, Trello, Slack, Basecamp, Google Suites, Excel, Monday, etc).
  • Strong background in facilitating, building and coordinating product training materials and building relevant user guides, FAQs, fact sheets to enable end users, facilitators and training managers to effectively and confidently understand digital product features and functionalities
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to multi-task across very dynamic teams where priorities shift based on the level of need, difficulty, and impact
  • Strong communicator with the core ability to articulate complex technical and non-technical issues simply, concisely and accurately
  • Proven track record of managing and communicating with a diverse team of internal and external stakeholders; building productive working relationships and influence for the overall commercialisation and growth team's core agenda
