Job Description
- Support product sustaining, PCN issuance and customer inquiries till end of product lifecycle
- Sustain product datasheet and electrical specification documents
- Ensure product datasheets are updated to the corporate website
- Support communication between Front and Backend for new product development and safe launch for smooth transition to volume manufacturing
- Ensure that work procedure and products meet onsemi and international quality, safety and environmental quality standard
- Responsible for product line sustainability of all MMPS devices
- Support the yield improvement and cost reduction activities on all MMPS devices
- Collaborate with Design ,Process, Test and Reliability Engineering to solve problems
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor Device Physics 4-6 years of working experience in semiconductor industry as Product/Device/Process Engineer Good understanding on fundamental of device physics especially for MOSFET or SiC Ability to work on a fast-paced environment Able to communicate in English effectively
