Responsibilities

• Report to Interim SG SPM to ensure in-country management of suppliers (including subcontractors) is aligned with the Group Policy and SPM assurance processes.

• Ensure all on boarding of new suppliers is compliant with the Group Policy.

• Support in driving the supply partner strategy within Singapore

• Support in providing centre of excellence and ensuring appropriate SPM coverage

• Assist in resolving risk issues with supply partners by identifying gaps and track action plans to close gaps.

• Drive implementation of periodic suppliers performance reviews; analyse and validate supply partners monthly/quarterly governance reports.

• Assist in resolving performance management issues at a country level.

• Manage financial and commercial matters in alignment with glidepath and contractual agreements.

• Support and review change control in alignment with approved process.

• Support in delivering effective end to end implementation of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s governance model for the entire supply chain within the country

• Participate in material sub-contract reviews.

• Collaborate with SCM to identify supply chain optimisation opportunities and recommend solutions which add value to the bank.

• Support country to be audit ready and provide support on supply chain audits.

• Work with Interim SG Cluster Head & Interim SPM in driving service development, process improvement and new cluster supply partnership opportunities.

• Support the alignment with SME Leads for implementation for innovation and new initiatives.

• Support daily/weekly/monthly evidence review of invoices/service report/delivery order from our suppliers

• Support SPM assurance checks for key supply partners contracts

• Min 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of experience in real estate vendor management.

• Experience in real estate, facilities management, project management etc.

• Has business/commercial acumen
