Design and deliver modern digital workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 E5.
Lead workshops, assessments, and architectural design sessions with enterprise customers.
Provide expert guidance on services like Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
Develop high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), migration plans, runbooks, and governance models.
Help customers adopt Teams voice/telephony (Direct Routing, Operator Connect), B2B collaboration, and compliance/security tools.
Advise on tenant governance, identity & access management, and hybrid integration scenarios.
Support change management, user adoption, and business outcome measurement.
Lead and mentor delivery teams and collaborate with engineers and consultants.
Requirements
Proven consulting experience in M365 E5 transformation, ideally in professional services (Big 4 or similar).
Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 E5 services and Azure integration.
Expertise in at least 3+ areas such as:
Teams (meetings/voice)
SharePoint/OneDrive information architecture
Exchange Online
Entra ID / Intune
Microsoft Defender & Purview Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, and Zero Trust models.
Skilled in PowerShell, Graph API, and tools like Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with DevSecOps, Agile/Scrum, and optimizing tenant configurations.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MS-700, MS-203) are highly desirable.
Experience working with global, multi-geo M365 tenants and complex coexistence scenarios.
