Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Team Lead and M365 engineers to implement new Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Conduct daily health checks on M365 using various devices.
- Offer technical user support and resolve system/application issues.
- Provide technical guidance for escalated queries.
- Stay updated on latest M365 offerings and support adoption based on business needs.
- Test and explore new M365 services in the Client\'s test environment.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams Messaging Infrastructures.
- Assist in Directory synchronization and Mobile Device Management.
- Act promptly during M365 service outages and maintain documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Ability to configure M365 to meet client requirements.
- Clear communication of complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
