DESIGNATION : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a key role in comprehending clients’ requirements with respect to Microsoft Dynamics (Including Dynamics 365) and prescribing solutions related to it.
• Be a key liaison point between the client and the implementation Partner to ensure solution implemented is in accordance with the standards and industry best practices
• A key member, who actively participates in enhancement projects and/or implementation projects in planning, coordinating with stakeholders in gathering requirements, solution designing, fixing issues and eventual documentation.
• With respect to Technical Design matters including in the ambit of systems integration, data management, designing of workflow, reporting etc., provide advice and suggest best practices to the functional team
• Suggest work guidelines related to Dynamics 365 (D365) and Azure environment including that of User Security, Performance tuning, Monitoring and Backup
• Oversee UAT and/or QA.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or Computer Applications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP with medium to large scale implementation of D365 (Business Central and/or Finance & Operations)
• Strong industry and D365 functional knowledge
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills, including presentation to Management
• Ability to act as key liaison point between clients and 3rd parties
• A good command of spoken and written English
• D365 Fundamentals (ERP) certification and certification on Business Central Functional Consultant Associate OR Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification will be an advantage
