In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to
design, develop, and enhance business applications
that support the company's
digital transformation initiatives
. You will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end projects--from requirements gathering to solution deployment--across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize business applications using
Microsoft Dynamics 365
and the
Power Platform
.
Build and maintain web applications using
.NET (C#)
and
JavaScript frameworks
.
Implement and manage
integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems/APIs
.
Develop
custom Power Apps
(Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate workflows using
Power Automate
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to
gather requirements
, perform
technical analysis
, and propose
effective solutions
.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Follow
best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and documentation
.
Work closely with business users, analysts, and other developers to deliver
high-quality, scalable solutions
.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-3 years
of professional experience in software/application development.
Proven experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM)
and
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
.
Strong programming skills in
.NET (C#)
and
JavaScript
.
Familiarity with
Dataverse
,
custom connectors
, and
Power Platform CLI
(nice to have).
Good understanding of
RESTful APIs
,
JSON
, and
integration design patterns
.
Knowledge of
SDLC
,
DevOps
, and
version control tools
(e.g., Git).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications
such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant)*. Experience with
Azure Services
,
SharePoint
, or
Power BI
.
Previous experience working in an
Agile/Scrum
environment.
