Job Summary:
This position supports the Data#3 Dynamics CRM practice. A Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist designs, creates and develops new CRM solutions for clients in accordance withData#3's development protocols, policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
Provide an in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other Microsoft technologies utilising both cloud and on-premise deployment models
Develop costed Solution Architectures for our customers in either a pre-Sales, Consulting or Project Delivery role
Produce conceptual design documentation that adheres to Microsofts best practices for implementations of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM and .NET
Consult with clients on data migrations, systems integrations, and other technical issues in CRM
Provide guidance on business decisions from a technical perspective to business or technical stakeholders
Take ownership of and responsibility for the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployments and upgrades.
Conduct or support training for technical and IT staff.
Mentor functional consultants on project design and technical initiatives
Interpret documented requirements and technical specifications
Identify and suggest opportunities to improve or make modifications to increase software efficiency or functionality
Write and/or re-write code and software programs to meet client requirements and technical specifications using development cycle principles
Develop and implement testing models and plans including documenting test results
Investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems detected during testing
Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operating procedures and user guides
Develop and provide enhancements, maintenance and support for existing systems within client organisations
Analyse, investigate and correct problems and defects arising during the development cycle or reported by a client
Manage client relationships and resolve client issues within scope of authority
Participate in weekly development team meetings to discuss project progress and issues
Contribute to the development of the Data#3 software development protocols and business improvement processes
Foster effective working relationships with the Data#3 team to enhance communication and achieve a co-operative work
environment
Keep up to date with technology advancements, market trends and participate in professional development activities
Achieve objectives and goals documented in personal development plans
Complete various business management tools including maintaining and submitting accurate timesheets as required
Provide objective data and reports to management in a timely manner on work completed in agreed formats
Additional Responsibilities:

Represent Data#3 in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service to our internal and external
customers.
You are required to perform your duties safely without risk to your own health and safety or the health and safety of

You are required to be flexible to work in additional roles or capacities or take on additional or varied duties, as may be assigned to you, that you are skilled and capable of performing. Data#3 may alter your position, position description, position title, location and responsibilities in accordance with changing business needs and priorities.
As part of your position, in addition to above, you:
May be required to perform your duties off-site, including at customer, vendor/partner and supplier sites, which require, as a condition of entry, you to hold a National Police Certificate
May be responsible for accessing internal and third party computer systems containing highly sensitive confidential corporate and personal information
May be engaged in capacities that require Data#3 to have the highest degree of confidence that you will perform your duties with a high level of honesty and integrity.
Satisfactory completion of a National Police Certificate is an inherent requirement of your position
Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in an IT related discipline is desirable
Strong experience in object-orientated design and development of n-tier applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM,ASP.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL Server
Technical knowledge of relational databases, web and client-server concepts
Working knowledge of software coding and development protocols in a business environment
Experience with the interpretation of specifications and requirements documents
Works confidently with new applications, software frameworks and business / IT processes
Manages workflow, prioritise and meet project deadlines
