About the Role:

As a recent Graduate, you provide technical, administrative, or operational support to the business. You are offered the opportunity to work independently and make decisions with general supervision. We look to you to apply your technical knowledge and expertise to implement configuration changes and maintain software applications. You will initially focus on learning Dynamics CRM development and have an opportunity to cross-train into different roles such as Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Data Engineering, Azure Cloud/Security Engineer, etc.

Day-to-Day, You:

• Collaborate in all the different project phases, from defining technical, operational, and user requirements, to planning, quality control, and testing
• Create conceptual architecture and develop solution options that match your client's requirements
• Partner with cross-functional technology teams to integrate CRM solutions
• Coordinate with offshore and global teams

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or computer-related discipline
• Passion for technology
• Results-oriented and people focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic, extracurricular, or professional setting
• Previous internship or co-op experience with customer-facing responsibilities preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel as needed

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledgeable of requirements gathering methods and tools
• Understanding of software development, implementation lifecycle, and DevOps tooling
• Experience in CRM development - Dynamics CRM is preferred but not required
• Programming experience using C#, C++, or Java
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or other relational database management systems
• Functional knowledge of a development methodology
