Job Title: Microsoft Intune Engineer Job Type: Contract - 12 Months Working hours : Mon – Thu 8.30am to 5.45pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.15pm Location: West, Singapore (This is an outsourced role)

We are seeking a MS Intune engineer who can inventorize, manage and govern the hardware end user devices and respective software for our end users over the MS Intune Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new/existing Applications to Intune and publish it both internal and external users securely.
• Manage the implementation and operations of the mobile device management solution using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage and maintain Windows 10, android, iOS, and Mac devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Assisting with testing and daily operational support to reduce risk through the development and implementation of MDM policies including security and reporting.

Advantageous Experience

• Responsible for the design, build, implementation, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Office 365 solutions, with a focus on Azure Active Directory, conditional access policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Office 365 Apps etc.
• Experience in understanding and troubleshooting of Intune device Compliance, configuration policies, app protection, and app configuration policies.
• Experience in Automated device enrollment/Device enrollment program for iOS/iPad devices.
• Sound knowledge of Office 365 Security and Compliance features
• Design, configure, and manage the Azure AD conditional access policies.
• Troubleshooting of hybrid Azure AD and Intune enrollment devices.
• Experience in the creation and configuration of Microsoft store for business and deploy apps to Windows devices.
• Experience in design, manage, and maintain the cloud app security policies and alerts.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting, graph API, power BI Dashboards and generate reports for Intune and Azure AD for licensing and device compliance, application usage etc.
• Manage and monitor Office 365 services (E.g Teams/Yammer/AADSync).

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Microsoft 365 Certification or relevant microsoft certification will be an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Intune
• Familiar with end user laptop/desktop support.
