Job Description
JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Delivery Engineer will be responsible for delivery and implementing unified communications solutions for external customers based on Microsoft technologies.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in delivering projects based on Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD and SSO;
- Writing project documentation and user\admin guides;
- Provide training sessions for customers;
- Collaboration with team (another engineers, project managers, HQ colleagues);
- Technical support (3-rd line);
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Office 365 configuring (tenant, Exchange, Skype for Business Online)
- Experience in hybrid scenarios with on-premise Exchange and migrations;
- Microsoft Exchange Server – knowledge of architecture, capability and functions;
- Knowledge about Azure AD and SSO;
- Good knowledge in core infrastructure (Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, System Center Configuration Manager) will be the privilege;
- English language – basic level (reading, technical documentation). Colloquial level will be the privilege.
