Established in 1990, we are almost 1000-member strong global organization with a We are looking for a Microsoft LS Retail Business Consultant to participate in a dynamic and innovative environment with a strong record of project accomplishments. The successful candidate must have previous experiences with Retail and POS industry related business challenges, opportunities, operations, and systems supporting these environments. Main Responsibilities Prepare and develop high-level solutions to meet business requirements Translate solution components into functional requirements, tasks, activities, and conditions of satisfaction Document results and findings during each phase of the project Collaborate with Project Management in the execution of implementation tasks and activities Assist with the demonstration of LS Retail and POS features, functionality, and system capabilities Analyze client Retail and POS requirements and determine gaps/fits with existing LS Retail solution components Assist sa.global clients in the implementation the LS solution. Analyse customers' Retail and POS business requirements business processes, their needs and their system design Use LS Retail and POS expertise to identify, present and deliver Point of Sale / Retail solutions Work with customers to streamline their existing processes with LS Retail Interpret business needs in solution design Provide onsite and offsite consulting services Support and coach other team members as needed (technical and functional) Providing and directing user training for external and internal clients Translate solution components into functional requirements, tasks, activities, and conditions of satisfaction Document results and findings during each phase of the project Collaborate with Project Management in the execution of implementation tasks and activities Assist with the demonstration of LS Retail and POS features, functionality, and system capabilities Analyze client Retail and POS requirements and determine gaps/fits with existing LS Retail solution components Lead the Go-Live and Post-go-live support Assist the team's pre-sales efforts as needed, demonstrating the operation of LS Retail and the capabilities and modalities of the system. Proactively identify, analyse, and respond to issues and risks. Foster teamwork, mentor, and train consultants on best practices, project methodology, and professional client service. Suggest areas of improvement in methodology and internal processes along with potential solutions. Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability and documentation Skills and experience Required: . Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information technology or equivalent professional qualification. . Have at least two (2) years of experience implementing LS Retail, having done design, analysis and configuration . Previous operational experience working in a Retail environment in a technology or consulting capacity . Have a good knowledge about Business Central (BC) functional processes . Previous experience in a retail environment in an analyst or advisor role . Mastery of MS Office tools . Excellent business process knowledge . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills . Good oral and written communication skills, in English . Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by D365 Business Central. . Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics. . Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers.
