Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring high standards of service, customer care, and business efficiency. Additionally, this role will involve collaboration with the marketing team to help drive customer engagement and promote the salon's services. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with experience in managing beauty services operations and an understanding of marketing strategies.





Daily Operations Management:



Oversee and manage all daily operational activities, including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and appointment management. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards. Manage supplier relationships and stock levels for beauty products, equipment, and supplies.
Customer Service Excellence:


Ensure all clients receive exceptional service, responding to complaints or service issues quickly and professionally. Oversee the booking system and client records to maximize efficiency and maintain client loyalty. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.

Business Development & Sales:



Collaborate withstaff to drive customer engagement, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth. Analyze sales and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Marketing & Sales Collaboration:



Collaborate with staffs to create and execute campaigns that promote Queen Ocean Beauty's services. Assist in designing promotional offers, packages, and loyalty programs to drive footfall and sales. Manage the salon's social media presence, ensuring content reflects the brand and engages with the target audience.

Leadership & Team Management:



Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of beauty professionals. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to foster staff development.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:



Ability to handle operational issues, such as staffing challenges, inventory shortages, or customer complaints, with quick and effective solutions.

Customer Service Excellence:



Strong customer service skills to ensure that clients receive a premium experience and any issues are handled professionally.

Marketing Strategy:



Understanding of marketing principles to help promote the salon's services and drive business growth through campaigns and promotions.

Sales & Promotion Management:



o Ability to assist in designing and executing promotions, packages, and loyalty programs that enhance sales and customer retention.
