hands-on and experienced Pest Control Operation Manager
to lead our operations team and ensure smooth daily service delivery. If you are passionate about service quality, team leadership, and solving customer problems, we want you on our team!Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee daily pest control jobs across Singapore Supervise and guide technicians to ensure high-quality service Conduct toolbox meetings, on-site inspections, and training Monitor chemical usage, equipment, and inventory levels Ensure compliance with NEA regulations and company SOPs Handle escalated customer cases and follow-ups Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and KPIs Work with management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
At least
3-5 years of experience
in pest control operationsValid NEA Vector Control Technician license
(or higher preferred) Strong leadership and people management skills Good communication and problem-solving ability Familiar with Singapore's pest control regulations and safety practices Class 3 driving license preferredWhat We Offer
