Job Description

As a Middle Office Analyst, you will be responsible for performing regular reconciliations, preparing reports for both client presentations and internal records, and managing other routine accounting tasks. You will also have a risk management role, ensuring department adherence to all banking policies and applicable regulations.Job ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management and support of the ratings workflow operating processes.
  • Assisting with internal support applications, data and ratings input and verification, and electronic filing of documents.
  • Performing other non-analytical and administrative tasks as directed by the Core Operations team.
  • Assisting with workflow operating processes to ensure universal compliance.
  • Compiling, organizing, and maintaining records of business transactions.
  • Executing customers in's orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing trade support to the team (completing ticket orders, submitting trades for registration via internal and external systems, etc.).
  • Timely and accurate trade/data entries.
  • Working collaboratively with front and back-office staff.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc projects/assignments as and when required.
Job RequirementsTo thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:
  • The Middle Office Analyst role supports cross-regional operations, liaising with clients based locally and overseas, including those based in China. Hence, proficiency in English and Mandarin language, both written and oral, is preferred.
  • Able to communicate well with senior managers, analytical staff, and technical support staff -both verbally and in clearly-written reports.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within a cohesive team environment.
  • Be customer-focused with the commitment to provide exceptional client service and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Have excellent organizational skills, time management skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Have the desire to learn about new projects.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Be able to work shifts, including public holiday(s), to serve some of our clients in markets that are open during local Singapore public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per monthBenefits:
