About the Client

MCG Talent is currently looking for a Midweight and Senior Interior Designer to join an independent interior design & branding studio in Singapore.

Our client is an independent interior design studio who focuses on brand and spatial design for international F&B and retail businesses. Using a strategic design approach, they aim to create interior spaces that are modern, effective, and engaging for the everyday consumer. Not only do they aim to create innovative interior spaces, but they also provide brand design services across various on/offline collateral as well. They currently have one studio in Singapore and one more in Europe.

About the Role

• Understand business & marketing directives, able to understand client brief. Translate brief into creative concepts.
• Interior background (4-5 years) necessary / For Senior Interior Designers, 6 years minimum.
• Propose creative concepts for commercial interior projects (retail, F&B, workplace) & have an eye for branding & graphic.
• Able to develop project from client brief to creative concept, design development & completion/construction.
• Able to juggle with multiple projects at a time, fast-paced environment.
• Able to effectively lead a team and delegate tasks appropriately
• Work hand in hand with other designers and senior designer to deliver outstanding projects.

About the Candidate

• Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Start up mentality, able to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
• Strong creative skills and able to turn creative concept into realistic design implementation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software, Autocad and sketchup/enscape.
• Able to translate ideas into sketches or collage \xe2\x80\x93 beyond moodboards.
• Good rendering & technical drawing drafting skills.
• Possess a strong interior design & technical background. Problem-solving and decision making skills, inter-personal skills.
