Able to interpret mechanical drawings with good sound knowledge of machining.
To prepare tooling and optimise tooling selection for Milling machine set up.
To set up Milling and machines to fabricate precision parts as per drawings.
To ensure first workpiece is machined according to drawing specification.
To operate millling /machines according to production schedule.
To work closely with Quality Department to resolve machining quality issues.
To troubleshoot simple machine errors and perform machine preventive maintenance.
To upkeep the cleanliness of machines and and work areas.
To ahere to safety regulations / company ISO requirements strictlyJob Requirements
