Reporting of the role This role reports to the Partner/Managing Partner, Mindshare

Measures of success –
In three months:
  • On boarded onto the account with full induction/training into all facets of the account
  • Started to build good working relationship with clients
  • Start to manage campaigns from end-to-end i.e. Launch to Post-buy Analysis
In six months:
  • Launched campaigns and consistently optimizing campaigns based on data driven decisioning
  • Looked for ways to drive innovation across all channels for strong campaign performance
  • Become an integral part of the core team and a valued member of the agency
In 12 months:
  • Built strong client relationships measured by feedback from agency Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys
  • Developed campaigns that have potential for awards participation to drive fame for client and agency


Responsibilities of the role:
  • Manage up to 1 key client relationships.
  • Consistent optimization of campaign using data and insights for decisions
  • Develop robust benchmarks and norms across channels and media types
  • Oversee and quality control of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign optimization and post-analysis to ensure client objectives are met
  • Share points of view, research and case studies with the business team
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with key media vendors and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of our clients’ business
What you will need:
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant media experience in a media or advertising agency.
  • Experienced in a client facing role.
  • Analytical and calm under pressure.
  • Organized, operationally efficient and passionate about media planning
  • Looking for a new challenge and a step up in your career.
  • Positive attitude, can take guidance and pro-active.
