Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW Reporting to the Centre Manager on administration and client relation matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role. This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ? Manage the administration and financial duties related to MindSpace Enrichment. ? Provide high level Customer Service. ? Professionally answering all enquiries promptly and efficiently. MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS ? Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report) ? Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and students' attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms, etc. ? Administrative work and control general office expenses (ie. Sales support, collection of fees and forms) and upkeep of centre premises. ? Prepare necessary month end reports for the Centre Manager. ? Create a system to manage all students' profiles efficiently. ? Support the team with their admin duties which includes updating data on excel spread sheets and in the CRM system and all other duties pertaining to the various student programs and classes. ? Provide immediate attention and assistance to all Parents and parents in a courteous and professional manner. ? Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc. ? Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery. ? Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival when necessary. ? Ensure all classrooms and facilities are conducive for all our students. ? Ensure safety of children within the premises. ? Handle other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Centre Manager. Part 2: JOB REQUIREMENTS ? Diploma in Business Management or Hospitality, with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a school environment or education industry would be an added advantage. ? Extensive office administration skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ? Good communication and interpersonal skills ? Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task ?
