As a Mixed rice Cook, you are expected to assist the stall owner to control inventory management, food preparations and kitchen hygiene matters. These include: . mise-en-place, or prep work. for eg, cut vegetables, inventory management, food preparation and selling mixed rice/mihun and etc . cook/ prepation of food required for shop-sell and orders . maintain high standards of hygiene of workspace
