Key Role and Responsibilities
- Professionally create, sell and prepare all varieties of specialty cocktails according to recipes and standards.
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area/outlet at all times.
- Maintain, clean, secure, store all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food and other equipment items.
- Conduct all bar related training for all restaurant staff.
- Organize and conduct cocktail tasting sessions with the staff as part of efforts to engage and educate the restaurant team.
- Continuously monitor guest feedback and comments for cocktails and other beverages.
- Be actively involved in an ongoing dialogue with bar partners, suppliers and equipment vendors.
- Assist front of house staff where necessary or if not involved in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage duties.
- 1- 3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Well-organised and clean
- Keen for opportunities to learn and grow within the organisation
- 6 days work week - able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays
- Location \xe2\x80\x93 Walking distance from Outram Park or Maxwell MRT Station
