Prioritize candidate experience at all times: we see our candidates as our guests, and we are their hosts. Ensure a smooth experience throughout the entire interviewing process.
Own all aspects of scheduling and facilitating executive candidate interviews, including virtual, onsite, and travel requests, while providing a white glove experience.
Coordinate complex, ever-changing scheduling requests while maintaining strong, efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders.
Anticipate possible issues before they arise and effectively problem solve in advance. This includes independently making quick, educated decisions.
Partner with Executive Assistants to ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience.
Develop innovative and scalable approaches to companywide executive onboarding, optimizing for candidate and business experience, effective use of technology, measurement, and reporting.
Act as a guide for candidates from the recruiting-to-onboarding process to create a smooth transition.
Identify and engage a diverse pool of potential qualified candidates (both active and passive) through a range of proactive activities;
Partner with executive hiring managers companywide to customize a playbook for onboarding new team members.
Tailor packets to the role, team, hiring manager, new hire and location, while planning activities for new hires as applicable.
Act as a transitional Executive Assistant where needed for executives for the first two-to-three weeks.
Implement and strategize on innovative recruiting solutions as a key contributing member on the Executive recruiting team.
Maintain data integrity within systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
Requirements
Min Dip / Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or other relevant field
2-3 years of recruiting experience in MNC will be at an advantage
Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments.
Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills which can be demonstrated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel
