With growth in mind, we are seeking to hire a full time Talent Acquisition Specialist who will partner with leaders and hiring managers across the APAC region. Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC you will successfully source, recruit, and onboard talent that add to the capability of Olympus. Furthermore, you will be accountable for the following responsibilities.

  • Managing the full end to end recruitment cycle which in turn creates a memorable experience for both our Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Track all recruitment activity and update reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Build, develop and maintain strategic sourcing relationships with external parties including education providers, institutions and other relevant networks.
  • Liaise with HR Executives to ensure new starter paperwork, announcements and other associated onboarding tasks are carried outin a timely manner.

What we are looking for: You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology).
  • Significant experience and passion for internal end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Local professional experience within Singapore; having exposure to the APAC region will be a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of a server and/or web-based applicant tracking systems
  • Current or past experience recruiting for highly technical IT positions will be a distinct advantage
  • Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Understanding of best practice approach to talent attraction.
  • Ability to manage competing demands with a strong focus on initiative whilst being flexible and adaptable when requirements change.
