We\'re currently seeking a skilled Mobile Technical Lead with expertise in React Native to join our dynamic team.: As the Mobile Technical Lead, you will lead the development and maintenance of our React Native-based mobile application, catering to the unique needs of the medical device industry. You\'ll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless integration with SAP Mobile Services running on SAP Business Technology Platform. This role demands strong technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare technology.Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of our React Native-based mobile application.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the mobile development team.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the mobile app, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance our mobile solutions for the medical device industry.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related web technologies.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with SAP Mobile Services and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of app release processes for both iOS and Android platforms, including submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong understanding of Redux for state management in React Native applications.
• Proficiency in using RTK Query for efficient data fetching and caching in Redux applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK) for rapid mobile application development.
• Experience with SAP backend systems integration (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori design principles for mobile applications.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
