Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Monitoring SpecialistThe Opportunity

Focus: Perform monitoring activities to ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up
Office location: Singapore (Central)
Working hours: 44 hours per week including weekend and Public holiday if scheduled

The Talent

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar administrative role
Min N Levels
Fast learner and good team player
Demonstrates good communication skills and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

The Job

Perform monitoring activities using tools provided as well as reviews of transactions flagged out
Ensure that all tasks are completed/submitted in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures within the agreed timelines/SLA.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with client
Handle ad hoc duties as required
