The MP Monitoring suite includes the following software's: OMi, SiteScope, CDF, COSO and NNM.You will work closely with all the technical towers across the IT department and help in the routine tasks and requests automation.Main responsibilitiesIn this role you will integrate the monitoring team (members are mainly based in Paris) and participate to the following activities: Create/update new monitoring template (based on agent or agentless) Create/update OBR dashboard Create/update new integration (middleware services, etc.) Participate in the Automation stream in order to industrialize the Monitoring solution Participate to RUN activities (Morning checks, health checks, upgrades of products, etc) Give users support and training Improve the quality of serviceQualifications and ProfileTechnical Strong knowledge of MF Operation Bridge (OBM, NNM, CDF, etc.) Network basic concepts (DNS, OS, Firewall, Network, etc.) Basics of System administration - Unix/Linux/Microsoft Operational support- Microsoft/Linux/Unix server Connectivity concepts (SAN, LAN/MAN/WAN) - Basic level DB concepts (Dump/export/connectivity/replication) Good Scripting skills (KSH/ VBA/ PowerShell/Perl/Python)Other Professional Skills and Mindset Strong ability to communicate clearly and easily Strong Ability to analyze and summarize Rigorous and well organized Apprehension of results and priorities Autonomy Relationship management Capacity to cooperate/Ability to work across different Teams / Team spiritGood methodology skills: ITIL Project Management / Agile Methodology Incident Management
