The Opportunity
Opportunity to represent in a renowned investment firm
Monday - Friday 8am-1pm
Location: Buona Vista
Salary: Up to $18/h
The Talent
Min 2 years of administration experience / Office Receptionist Experience
Min Diploma in any field
Candidates who are on immediate basis is an advantage
Attending to all incoming visitors and internal staff requests.
Verifying visitor\'s credentials upon entering.
Registration for staff and resident
Attending to the external service providers services such as - parcel/mail delivery etc
Keeping Inventory list up to date
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
