This role involves working closely with our customers and team to manage mortgage loans and application. Focusing on our personal, premier (onshore and offshore) and PPC banking clients.Responsibilities include :
- Collaboration with Relationship Manager from branches to gather mortgage referrals through providing support, encouragement, and knowledge.
- Providing advice to customers from diverse backgrounds and education level to obtain a mortgage loan.
- Assess and process loan application for credit approval.
- Proactively engage branches and conduct sales activities in order to meet sales target.
- Proven track record in mortgage sales and experience.
- Drive and motivation to meet the sales targets.
- Strong and reliable customer-service skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
