- Be driven, take initiative, and work independently
- Love meeting people and delivering good advice on real estate
- Have experience in banking (and if you\xe2\x80\x99re experienced in secured or unsecured lending, or sales and customer service, that\xe2\x80\x99s a bonus!)
- Easily convey complex real estate matters clearly and concisely
- Turning inbound lead inquiries into successful real estate loan applications
- Explain the overarching real estate strategy with solutions and how it would benefit the client in multiple what-if scenarios.
- Analyzing and profiling client\xe2\x80\x99s potential, and current economic landscape and developing appropriate property financing solutions/advice
- Monitoring our clients\xe2\x80\x99 portfolios and optimise their property finances
- Leading and managing the clients throughout their property journey, providing them with peace of mind
