Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create performance-driven videos that are optimized for social media platforms include Facebook (Meta)/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Participate in the creative ideation process alongside copywriters, creative strategists, designers, and paid media specialists to create compelling, eye-catching video content that is optimized for social, and aligned with our client's goals and the audiences we are targeting
• Closely monitor audiences, competitors, and industry trends to help inform the video creative
• Create high-quality video content for internal and client use across a diverse range of industries & audiences
• Take projects from concept to delivery by owning all elements of the video process (storyboard, animate, ship, and render)
• Translates a project request and its details into a unique animated solution with seamless transitions and crisp audio
• Communicate directly with clients to present video concepts and the rationale behind the creative
• Assist in interfacing with external vendors and freelancers on an ad hoc basis
• Strong emphasis on post-production work and editing

• 5 years of experience as a dedicated motion designer in a digital agency setting
• Experience in advertising and social media platforms
• Experience working with Adobe Premiere, Adobe AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Have a strong understanding of platform ad specs, requirements, and best practices
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Ability to work with green-screen footage through Chroma key compositing
• Ability to create and edit vector animations
• Proven track record of designing work that adheres to existing client brand guidelines
• Able to work well in teams and capable of collaborating with multiple members
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and optimize creatives for social platforms
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
• A self-starter who works well independently and possesses strong project management skills
• Wiling to start ASAP

• 8 hour shift

• Graphic Design: 5 years (Preferred)
