Proactive management of claims, timely processing & management of claims, claim -administration Ensure customer understand what is own damage / 3rd party claim / Check Liability Represent customer negotiate with the insurers on the insurance coverage and the repair cost Coordinate and manage the paperwork and invoicing of the repair to customers and insurers Liaise with surveyor to inspect the damaged vehicle and negotiate to the repair amount Coordinate repair with workshop mechanic Order spare parts QC Vehicle before releasing back to customer. Finalize the repair cost with surveyor. * All ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
