Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with estimator to provide accurate estimation for insurance claims
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding motor claims
- Schedule daily appointments for accident and body repair
- Track the progress of repairs and update customers on status
- Build and maintain positive relationships with authorized insurance companies
- Advise clients on appropriate service and repair requirements
- Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties
- Relevant experience in the automotive/workshop industry
- Possess a Class 3 driving license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays
- Work location: Bishan
- Working hours: 5.5 days per week, alternate Saturdays (9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm, with alternate Saturdays from 9am \xe2\x80\x93 3pm)
