Do you have what it takes?Job Title: Motorcycle TechnicianReports to: Regional Service ManagerDepartment: Service/After-SalesLocation: KTM Baguio, Retail G, AyalaLand TechnoHub, Ordonio Drive, Camp John Hay, Baguio CityPrimary Purpose: - Perform major mechanical repairs under supervision to ensure proper performance and safety of KTM Motorcycles and KYMCO Scooters.Special Knowledge/Skills: - Intermediate maintenance and repair knowledge of various systems in a motorcycle- Ability to operate equipment and tools involved in vehicle repairExperience: - One year experience in the same or a similar fieldMajor Responsibilities and Duties: Maintenance and Repair

• Evaluate mechanical problems in vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Rebuild, replace, or repair major vehicle components, assemblies, and systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, etc.
• Check and repair electrical and cooling systems.
• Estimate time and materials required to perform major repairs.
• Analyze engine performance and perform tune-ups as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate, updated preventive maintenance records.
• Keep stock record of spare part and make suggestions based on requirement

Safety

• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures.
• Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties.
• Ensure shop, equipment, and tools are in safe operating condition.
• Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately.

Task Management

• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations
• Ensure targets are met in respect to service volume and retention
• Identify spares requirements and log usage
• Fill in job cards and log completion of work (in dealer.net and Zoho)
• Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment
• Plan and prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time
• Check completion of work
• Work within 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard
• Ensure all lost time, minor and trivial accidents are reported
• Promote environmental issues and ensure all company procedures are understood and followed
• Ensure quality management procedures are followed and achieve the company's and departmental KPI targets

Other:

• Operate vehicles as needed.
• Work irregular/overtime hours as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of time and materials required to perform repairs and service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions

Equipment Used: - Automotive diagnostic tool (XC_2), small hand tools, drill, drill press, grinder, pneumatic tools, hydraulic tools, torque wrench, torch, jack, lift equipment and similar tools and equipment.Requirements: - Must be a motorcycle rider with technical skills in repair and maintenance- Graduate of TESDA with NC II Small Engine- With Professional Driver's License preferred- Excellent knowledge of English languageContact: - Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume by applying online or contact 09176892015Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From Php11,000.00 per monthBenefits:
