The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a German-Swiss MNC Equipment Manufacturer, and we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Executive (Procurement) to join their business! Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, with experienced in MRO Environment to handle the whole purchase to payment process.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West region, near Clementi
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
• Salary: up to $5,000 basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Identify and evaluate future capability/sourcing needs; vendor sourcing and supplier development in compliance with the company\'s strategy and policies.
• Ensure conformance of supply chain & procurement business as well as supplier activities to valid applicable company policies, processes and governance at all times.
• Establish and lead a robust purchase-to-payment process and ensure compliance at all times.
• Regularly monitor the performance of suppliers and service providers, actively support respective audits and establish/implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and drive overall performance (e.g. quality, cost and delivery) across the supply chain, optimising costs whilst ensuring continuity of supply.
• Drive the Make or Buy and supplier/source selection process; participate in establishment, evaluation and approval of specifications for issuance and award of bids.
• Coordinate & manage supplier relationships, performance and claims (especially for strategic and bottleneck suppliers).
• Engage in contract and price negotiation with suppliers.
• Propose, participate in and support relevant Continuous Improvement initiatives/projects.
• Monitor spending and compliance with budgets, as well as market conditions and merchandise costs including regular or ad-hoc reporting.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The Talent:

• Min Diploma Holder.
• At least 3 years of experience as purchaser or similar position in an Aerospace MRO environment.
• Demonstrated experience and relevant certification from CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, and CSSBB.
• Good negotiation, analysis and decision making skills.
