Job Description
OVERALL ROLE: To carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, and respond to site engineering emergencies.
- Holder of Diploma/Higher Certificate/ Degree in an electrical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in Building Services field
- Experience in working on critical systems
- Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems, and BMS systems.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements
- Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems
- Good understanding of BMS control system operation
- Formulating, assessing, and validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Willing to follow 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needs
- Willing to report on client location within Metro Manila or in any part of the country
- Day shift
