Job Description

1. Conducts daily rounds/inspection of all the Property plants and equipment while on duty.2. Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.3. Reports to Property Engineer any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and action taken to rectify the matter.4. Implements instructions from Property Engineer on matters that require immediate attention.5. Monitors operation of water pumps, exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling system, lighting, etc.6. Implements instructions from Property Engineer on matters that require immediate attention.7. Conducts weekly preventive maintenance on generating sets, fire protection system, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.8. Conducts cleaning of assigned equipment room.9. Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance10. Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by other sub-contractors such as but not limited to elevators, air conditioning system and generating set.11. Endorse to incoming technician accomplished and unaccomplished activities for the day to ensure continuity of programmed activities.12. Performs majority of Aircon Related Services13. Help promote all services of Santos Knight Frank to all those whom you come in contact with.14. Performs related duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

• Attend to unit's resident calls within 2 hours, and meet the ERP set up procedure.
• Respond quickly within standard client Fit Out standard scope and guideline.
• Attend to inside unit calls requesting foe aircon maintenance.
• Provide quality service, best practices, and ensure no backs jobs (within hospitality industry standards).
• Full utilization and implementation of the client Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and timely carry out Work Order.
• Knowledgeable in Household appliances repair.
