Multi Skilled Technician
Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Routine inspection of all areas of the managed property. This includes but is not limited to all Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, PACU, UPS, and Access Control systems.2. Regular cleaning and upkeep of electrical and mechanical equipment.3. Regular monitoring and logging of operational data.4. Reports any abnormalities and defects to the FE.5. Assists in logging utilities reading of the managed site together with the building administration.6. Assist in monitoring fit-out works, repair works, and preventive maintenance works done by third-party contractors in the managed site.7. Attends to job requests when needed.8. Perform basic demand repairs and troubleshooting of critical equipment such as but not limited to Air Conditioning systems, Electrical and Lighting Works, Basic Carpentry/Architectural works, etc.9. Perform other tasks as needed/may be assigned.QUALIFICATION1. Preferably a technical vocational graduate; NC II Certifications are a plus.2. With at least 5 years of work experience in the property/facility management industry3. Must have the technical knowledge in performing basic demand repairs4.
