Responsibilities Teaching Music

• Create learning plans and prepare lessons in relation to individual students\' goals and examination syllabuses
• Prepare students for music exams, competitions, or performances
• Communicate with parents regarding student goals and progress
• Motivate students and encourage progress in the student\xe2\x80\x99s learning journey

Curriculum Development Contribute to the development and curriculum of the piano program when requested Working Together

• Support colleagues in creating a safe and purposeful environment conducive to outstanding learning for all students
• Attend staff meetings and teacher training sessions when requested
• Work collaboratively with other colleagues in group activities, such as camps, exam preparation, or concerts

Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in marketing activities related to promoting the school when requested

• You hold a Degree/Diploma in Music, or Grade 8 Certificate or higher from a recognized music program such as ABRSM, RockSchool, RCM, or Trinity
• You have a bright and cheerful personality with confident communication skills
• You can offer related experience in teaching, customer service, or working with children
• Candidates who are currently diploma/degree students, recent graduates or career changers are all encouraged to apply
